About the Course
Embark on an eye-opening voyage with this 8-week somatic skills course. Drawing from yoga philosophy, mindfulness meditation, and Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing®, this course empowers you to trust your body as a guide towards greater authenticity and presence. Learn to connect deeply, respond choicefully and get acquainted with your true Self. Choose your path: --Three classes in Part 1, focusing on tuning in to the body and finding safety. --Five classes in Part 2, building on the safe foundation we built in Part 1, we will move more deeply into your personal history and the activation that can come with it in order to work through physical/psychological/spiritual blocks. --Option to embrace the complete 8-week course experience by combining both parts into a bundle.
